Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING and DELIVERY
All shipping is through UPS, UPS International and shipped from The United States, import duties and taxes and extra fees may apply. Brendratti is not liable for international packages lost, damaged, or destroyed.

We ship UPS International 3rd day. For USA we ship UPS Ground may take up to 7 days due to weather conditions or natural disasters, or any other economic shut down, out of our control. Brendratti is not responsible for lost packages, guarantee all package will arrive on time.

In general, we procure orders within 20-25 days of the order confirmation-confirmed, and all items are in stock, if the items are out of stock or on back order, we will notify the customer and give a time line.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
In order to prepare/process a return/exchange the Customer must send an email to Brendratti office@brendratti.com to request a refund or exchange, or return within 14 days of the receipt of the products. The customer must get a return authorization or reply to make the return. The return must be made by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of delivery to the Customer or a third party on its behalf. Brendratti cannot accept any returns from other stores, online shops, or boutiques other than the Brendratti website and online store.

Kindly note: In order to process a proper return/exchange and or refund, the Customer must contact our Customer Service at office@brendratti.com, within the 14 day window via e-mail informing of his/her wish to return the purchase and the reason or need for exchange.

Brendratti will then provide an e-mail Correspondence and customer must receive this correspondence in order to process the return.
Once the customer has obtained a return by a representative (customer service of Brendratti website) he/she must contact UPS for pick up and attach the printed return label on the package and send Brendratti the Tracking # if they have one to process. 

Kindly Note, in order to process a return, the customer must follow these conditions:
1. Any products must be returned in their original “First Shipped “packaging within 14 days of receipt. Original packaging menas: box, accessories, protection packaging, all labels and hangtags must be attached and the product must be unworn.
2. Any products to return must be accompanied by the packing slip.
3. Products returned by the Customer must not have been damaged, used, worn or
washed, but may be handled and inspected to determine the nature of the garment or the state in which we may decide not to return the products.
4. If the products returned are damaged, worn or even slightly used, the item will be
returned to the customer, and they will be notified by e-mail that no credit or exchange can be given, we apologize.
5. Hangtags must be attached to the products.
6. Products purchased only on the website have a 7 day grace period, must have a return authorization e-mail from our customer service agent at Brendratti and can obtain one by e-mailing office@brendratti.com
7. All products must be in mint-perfect condition, in order to accept the return. Upon inspection, the products must be unused, unworn, not soiled, must have all hangtags and garment label tags attached to them and the original packaging, thank you!

Brendratti will process all returns if these conditions are met, see above paragraph.
All returns must follow all the terms listed above within the grace period or deadline, the return must also have a Packing slip and the a return authorization e-mail sent to the customer for the return to be processed. The Customer is also responsible for providing proof of return by sending the tracking # to Customer Service depart e-mail: office@brendratti.com the Customer assumes all risks of returns to be made according to these terms listed above. As Brendratti assumes no right for returns made to the wrong address, delivery of returns to another business, or late delivery of the return after the grace period due to weather delays, war, closures of companies, or natural disasters. Brendratti is not liable for lost packages not
delivered for the said returns, the customer is liable to trace and track the parcel and liable for the products and shipping of the boxes. The Customer is liable for all boxes out of our control if lost or sent to a different address.

For the return, the Customer will be refunded all payments made to for the returned products, if returns are made using the conditions above, and will be credited/returned to the same method of payment chosen for the original purchase, excluding additional costs for express shipping Service, or taxes and duties as 3 rd party charges are beyond our control.
